Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart in centimetres for bust, waist, hips and length. Measure yourself and compare. Our size guide explains how to measure.
What size is the model wearing?
Our model wears size S in every photo.
Can I buy a different size bikini top and bottom?
Yes. Our lace bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately, so you can choose the right size for each.
Are your dresses see-through?
No. Our lace dresses are fully lined, and our lightweight stretch styles, such as Sirene, are non-transparent. The Isadora mesh dress has a sheer effect with a nude lining for coverage.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Éna The Label ships worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed the same day. Free standard shipping takes 6–12 business days, and express FedEx shipping takes 3–5 business days. See our shipping page.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
It depends on your country. Duties and taxes are not included in the order price, and if your country charges them, they are paid on delivery.
How do I track my order?
Every order is tracked. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit on returns of any item, including sale items and orders placed with a discount code, requested within 7 days of delivery. We don't offer refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. See our return policy.
Which items can't be returned?
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered or missing their tags.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We don't provide prepaid return labels.
How do I start a return?

Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item within 7 days of delivery for store credit, then use it to order the size you need.
Care and contact
How should I care for my Éna pieces?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning, especially for lace, satin and crochet. Don't tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight, and always check the care label inside your piece first.
